Radio Star

Radio Star is an interactive sky map composed of music album covers made with astronomy images. This project is an investigation into the reappropriation of astrophotography images by popular culture and, in particularly, the way in which (amateur) graphic designers are making use of them. → Radio Star website

The images have been repositioned according to a cylindrical projection of the celestial map. Clicking on each cover redirects to the album soundtrack.
